Rejoice! Panda Express Is Bringing Back Honey Sesame Chicken
In the realm of ridiculous but real heartbreaks, finding out your favorite dish has been discontinued ranks pretty high. Don't you remember what happened when Taco Bell took Nacho Fries off the menu?! More often than not, though, fan favorites come back into circulation eventually. Such is the case with Panda Express' Honey Sesame Chicken, which has been in and out of stores since 2013 as a limited-time menu item.
Given the demand, Panda usually brings the dish back toward the end of the summer. This year follows suit, and starting August 15, the Honey Sesame Chicken will be back at restaurants. It'll look mostly the same - chicken breast strips, string beans, and yellow peppers, tossed in a honey-sesame sauce - but this year, they've switched out the honey to use an organic kind.
Fun fact: This is the only Panda Express dish to be brought back five times over. The good people of Twitter who just wanted some sweet sesame chicken will be pleased.
