A Massachusetts spa has made Travel + Leisure's list of top 15 spas in the country.

Canyon Ranch, located in Lenox, was chosen as part of the online travel magazine's annual World's Best Award Survey. The list of spas is based on reader surveys, in which candidates receive ratings in a set of categories, accommodations/facilities, treatments, service, food and value.

The average of the ratings for each spa determined the final score and ranking. Canyon Ranch Lenox scored 92.6 and came in eighth place.

Travel + Leisure readers aren't the only ones who loved Canyon Ranch Lenox. The spa was also featured in Conde Nast's 2023 Reader's Choice Awards.

The resort is located in Bellefontaine Mansion, an 1897 Gilded Age mansion. There's a view of the Berkshires, and the spa, which is 100,000 square feet, includes sauna, cold-dip pools and more. A range of services are offered including spa treatments, fitness classes, nutrition experiences, and experience that are for guests mind and spirit.

The spa also has locations in California, Nevada and Arizona, but specifically the Lenox location made the list.

How much does Canyon Ranch cost?

According to the website, a night for single can cost between $950 to $2,150 a night, depending on the package. For a double, the prices are slightly lower. Promotions can lower the cost of a stay.
