Who owns Tuohy's Downtown?

Three siblings — Sean Tuohy, Kimi Tuohy-Dziubek and Audra Tuohy-Tannenholz — own the new restaurant along with the latter’s fiancé, Billy Eggers. The siblings always dreamed of running their own restaurant. As kids, they would set up multiple TV tables and chairs throughout their grandfather’s living room in Queens, New York, and invite relatives to eat their grandfather’s cooking while the kids served at what they called “Tuohy’s Restaurant.”

They worked at different restaurants throughout their careers. For example, Sean Touhy (pronounced Too-ee) previously was the head chef at Post & Vine when it opened in 2018. They decided in 2021 to team up with Eggers, who works for Vero Beach-based Evans Properties, to open their own restaurant.
