Who owns Tefi's Cafe?
Husband-and-wife team Rolando Garcia Carmenate and Stefani Freire Paipo combine their cultures at their cafe. He’s Cuban, and she’s from Uruguay, so they have Cuban sandwiches and Uruguayan pastries. "We are very close to our family and, out of endearment, her family and mine calls my wife 'Tefi,' " he said. "We wanted the shop to have a family feel to it."
