New restaurant concept coming to former Second Glass location in Wilmington
Only a month after The Second Glass restaurant closed in Wilmington South Front District, a new owner and concept have been announced for the space.
Mark Zecher, who has been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years, is planning to open South Front Tavern at 1540 S. Second St. in August. The restaurant will serve American regional fare, craft beer and cocktails, and an all-American wine list in an industrial-chic setting, according to a press release.
“Expect soulful fare presented with a clean yet unpretentious style, ensuring an approachable and satisfying experience for every palate,” said the release.
