Retired Tom Brady Still Looks Jacked in New Photos

Tom Brady might be retired from the football field, but that doesn't mean he's fallen into bad health habits.

The ex-quarterback posted a series of snaps from Florida, where he relocated in 2020 after joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The pics show a shirtless Brady looking ripped at 46 years old. His caption notes the cold winters he spent in Detroit and Boston while playing for the Lions and the Patriots.

Brady previously discussed his state of fitness during a recent episode of his podcast Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.

“Yeah, I'm down about 10 pounds, but I'm actually very fit right now," Brady said. "Probably not cardiovascularly, but I haven't had the stress that I had while I was playing so that's allowed me to focus a little bit more on my physical health."

"But I think it's important for everyone," he explained. "Physical and mental health is so important to all of us. Without that, what do we really have? You could prioritize a lot of other things—career, kids, relationships, family, greater good, community. But at the end of the day, physical and mental health should sit at the top of the pyramid. You know, because if we don't have that—when we don't have that—we have nothing. So why wait until you're on your death bed to start worrying about that?"

Based on these pictures, it seems Brady is keeping up with good habits despite no longer suiting up every week for the NFL.
