The “Phoenix” musician, who serves as a judge on the singing competition series, took to Instagram to debut her bold look from this week’s episode — and even tapped 2021’s color of the year in the mix. Her bright yellow strapless mini dress came coated in butter yellow feathers for a standout appeal; the design taps one of Pantone’s color of the year, channeling the color experts’ choice of Illuminating yellow for one of 2021’s two top shades.
The bright pieces of Ora’s look continued into her set of mules for the show. The yellow pointed-toe silhouette featured a sleek satin upper atop a stiletto heel with an embellished buckle to tout; brands like Roger Vivier and Manolo Blahnik offer similar styles that retail for over $900.
Ahead of the competition series first episode, the British singer took to social media once more to share her screen-ready look. This time around, Ora donned a crocodile-inspired leather jacket complete with a green embossed fabric and added scale-inspired accents across the seam. To style the piece for more athleisure-chic trends, she then added in a set of cozy black sweatpants.
Her footwear of choice echoed the color scheme of her outerwear with a set of black, white and dark green cowgirl boots.
Beyond her chart-topping music career, the “For You” singer also has appeared in campaigns for DKNY Fragrances, Roberto Cavalli and Rimmel London, and she serves as an ambassador for Escada and Thomas Sabo. Most recently, she was one of the few stars to attend Fendi’s in-person spring ’21 show during Milan Fashion Week.
And Ora’s experience with the footwear industry goes beyond chic street style. She has been a longtime Adidas partner and collaborated with Giuseppe Zanotti in January 2019 for an exclusive collection of shoes. This year, she also announced a partnership with German footwear retailer Deichmann. And if that wasn’t enough, just last week, Ora joined forces with ShoeDazzle for a series of fall footwear styles that all retail for under $100. Coming with everything from thigh-high boots to trending utilitarian styles, the pairs can be found at ShoeDazzle.com with wallet-friendly price tags.
