Rosie O'Donnell Provides Update After Madonna's Hospitalization
Rosie O'Donnell is speaking out on behalf of her good friend Madonna to let fans know that the "Material Girl" songstress is going to be just fine.
On Wednesday, June 28, Madonna's manager confirmed that the Queen of Pop had been rushed to the hospital over the weekend as the result of a bacterial infection. She ended up in the ICU for several days, but is now believed to be on the mend.
Following the news, O'Donnell, 61, put to rest any lingering concerns about her friend's health status, taking to social media late on Wednesday to share that Madonna is "feeling good."
O'Donnell—who has been close pals with Madonna, 64, for decades—also shared a throwback photo of the duo in her Instagram post, along with a thumbs-up emoji and the hashtags, "#madonna" and "#love."
