Royal Baby Alert! Prince Guillaume & Princess Stephanie Are Expecting Their First Child

There’s another royal baby on the way, and no, we’re not talking about Kate Middleton or Meghan Markle.

Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg and his wife, Princess Stephanie, are expecting their first child together after seven years of marriage. The Marshal of the Court announced the exciting news earlier today and confirmed that the Hereditary Grand Duchess, 35, is due in May 2020. (Mark your calendars, folks.)

The Marshal also released never-before-seen photos of the soon-to-be parents, in addition to the official statement, which read:

“Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess are immensely pleased to announce that the Hereditary Grand Duke and Hereditary Grand Duchess are expecting their first child. The birth is scheduled for May. The Grand Duke, the Grand Duchess and the members of both families are delighted with the news and share their great joy.”

Prince Guillaume is the oldest child of Grand Duke Henri Luxembourg and his wife, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa. He’s the current heir to the throne, followed by his four younger siblings: Prince Félix, Prince Louis, Princess Alexandra and Prince Sébastien.

Prince Guillaume married his now-wife in October 2012 at the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Luxembourg City. Princess Stephanie wore a gorgeous embroidered wedding dress, which was designed by Elie Saab. She paired the ensemble with the Altenloh de Bruxelles tiara. (Natch.)

We just hope the future royal can book a playdate with Prince Louis and baby Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, stat.
