August is a busy time for royal birthdays. On the fourth, Meghan Markle turned 37 at the wedding of Charlie van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenks, and on the eighth, Princess Beatrice celebrated her 30th.

Today, Princess Anne, the Princess Royal, turns 68, and in honor of the milestone, her royal relatives are sending her birthday wishes on social media.

Her brother, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, posted a photo of Anne from this year's Trooping the Colour parade on Twitter and Instagram along with the caption, "Wishing The Princess Royal a very Happy Birthday #HappyBirthdayHRH."

Not to be outdone, Anne's brother Prince Charles and his wife Camilla also sent their best wishes via the Clarence House social media accounts. They posted this photo of Anne and Charles at the 2009 Highland Games in Scotland, with the message, "Happy Birthday to HRH The Princess Royal. 🎈 #HappyBirthdayHRH"

The main royal family Twitter account also posted a number of photos of Anne for the occasion, highlighting not only the Princess Royal's birthday, but also her busy schedule of engagements, her work with Save the Children, and her love of horses. See those photos and best wishes below:

It's been a busy summer for the Princess Royal. On June 18, she became a grandmother for the fourth time when her daughter Zara Tindall gave birth to a baby girl. It was later announced that the baby's name is Lena Elizabeth, a tribute to the Queen.

Naturally, Anne said she was "delighted" by the news.
