I have been running for virtually my whole life, so I have never experienced myself without running. I can say that I used to have some unhealthy coping strategies and running has replaced them allowing me to lead a healthier and happier life.

I am still learning new things about running and life every day. No one has a corner on the market on good ideas or inspiring thoughts. Surrounding myself with people with the same passion for running that I have keeps me refreshed.

I run for a myriad of reasons... my health, my sanity, my pleasure... and so I can eat one more Round Rock Donut (best in the world)

I have always had to be flexible in my running schedule because life has a habit of getting in the way. Morning, noon, or night I find a way to squeeze in my run. I usually run in my neighborhood for the convenience. We have a lot of nice parks with both flat and technical trails and I like to challenge myself on those whenever I can.

I guess I am a minimalist runner. Give me some running shorts and shoes and I am happy.

This one is easy... my main goal is to run happy until they put me in the ground. My secondary goal is to get back to Boston one more time!
