Running has changed me physically as I’ve lost 20+ lbs, but running also has given me more confidence in other aspects of my life. It’s given me a hobby and something to focus on now that my son has grown and moved out on his own. It’s something my husband and I do together. We love to search out new areas to run especially when in a new town.

My Garmin Vivoactive 3.

I ran my first half marathon on my 50th birthday. If I can do it, you can do it!

I’d like to run farther than 13 miles without injury. I haven’t been able to do it yet but that is my goal for the year.
