Through running, I have gained confidence and strength. It’s my go to when things take a turn south. This virus has really shown me that I need running in my life to stay sane.

To gain more insight into becoming a better runner.

I run because of my friends. Our close knit group is supportive and encouraging. We make each other better.

There is a six mile route that takes you over the Intracoastal Waterway and leads you to the beach. You can see the sun rise in the morning. It is the most gorgeous view.

Leggings with pockets. I’ve tried other ways to hold my phone or gels and they ride up. The pocket holds items without becoming cumbersome.

I am weird and hug a lot.
