Russian model Yana Gudkova has filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court against Brent Carrier, a real estate developer, claiming she was unlawfully evicted from her apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood after she refused to continue sleeping with him.

Carrier, who is married, is the president of a real estate company, CRE Development, based in Long Island City, Queens. Carrier’s lawyer, Steven Bagwin, told the New York Post that Gudkova did indeed live in the apartment, but only as “a favor.”

Gudkova’s lawsuit alleges that she lived rent-free so long as she kept herself available as “an occasional intimate companion whenever he [Carrier] wished,” according to her filing.

Their alleged relationship ended in 2015 when Gudkova grew tired of the supposed arrangement.

She is suing for an unspecified amount in damages and property she claims Carrier seized after she was forced out. Among them are a Rolex watch, a laptop, an iPad mini, and a pair of snakeskin purses.

According to Bagwin, Carrier and Gudkova were never intimate and the apartment in question was one Carrier “didn’t need or want.” Bagwin told the Post, “She was merely a guest.”
