In dark and hilarious Christmas antics, Ryan Reynolds shared a chilling Santa-related conversation he had with his daughter this year. And we’re honestly still laughing.

Although Reynolds never mentions which daughter he’s referring to in his Instagram post, we’re going to assume it’s three-year-old, James – only because his other daughter, Ines, is only one. To make his latest post even funnier, he shared the supposed conversation alongside a photo of a fireplace:

Daughter: Santa comes down the chimney?

Me: Yup.

Daughter: You left the fire burning all night.

Me: Yup. (Silence. Slight breeze. A crow circles in the distance.)

LOL.

Reynolds also doesn’t say whether or not he was being sarcastic, but considering his track record of hilarious dad tweets, there’s a chance the little chat never actually happened.

And of course, just when we thought Reynolds was King of social media, his wife, Blake Lively, proves yet again that she’s definitely the Queen. The actress shared a photo of her husband’s holiday cookies on Christmas Eve, throwing shade at his laughable attempt at baking.

And Reynolds obviously couldn’t resist the urge to reply, commenting, “I wanted to be the first person to bake Christmas cookies using only a hammer.”

These two continue to prove that they’re #CoupleGoals, #FamilyGoals, and #EverythingGoals, and we’re all about it.

When Reynolds isn’t “terrorizing” his young children with chilling tales of Santa death, he’s staying incredibly busy making movies. Deadpool 2 is set to hit theaters in 2018, followed by the Pokémon movie Pikachi Detective and The Croods 2 the following year.

We can’t wait. And we’re also of course looking forward to more hilarious tweets, as always.
