Just when you thought we'd egg-rolled it all, we have a new dessert egg roll recipe coming atcha! I know, you might be saying to yourself, does everything need to be wrapped in an egg roll wrapper and fried?! Um … yes. Of course it does.
As the cultural significance of egg rolls disappears into the horizon, we forge on to find the most glorious combinations to roll up and fry. Lemme tell you, this one's a doozy. We're talkin' everyone's favorite camping treat: s'mores.
Although these only take about a minute per side to fry, the chocolate becomes lusciously melty, and the marshmallows become a deliciously gooey mess upon your first bite. A sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs provides some much needed texture, along with the crispy fried shell. Did we need to make this? No. Will we make it again? Absolutely.
