Salma Hayek Dazzles in Backless Sequin Dress

Not only was Salma Hayek honored at the 2023 Baby2Baby Gala, but she looked fabulous while doing so.

On Saturday, Nov. 11, the actress and film producer was the woman of the night at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Hayek received the Giving Tree Award, which recognizes charitable efforts to improve the lives of vulnerable children around the world, at the Baby2Baby Gala. (Previous recipients include Chrissy Teigen, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian and Drew Barrymore.)

Hayek took to social media to share photos from the gala, showing off her dazzling outfit. The philanthropist stunned in an emerald backless sequin dress featuring a halter neck. Her floor-length, form-fitting Bottega Veneta gown hugged her curves and shimmered in the light. Meanwhile, a smokey eye with green eyeshadow, a nude pink lip and diamond drop earrings completed the look.

Instagram users certainly approved of Hayek's gala glam.

Meanwhile, another person wrote, "The international icon of beauty."

"@kellysawyer and @norahweinstein, I am in awe of your resilience, thoroughness, and hard work in creating @baby2baby, providing children living in poverty across the country with diapers, clothing, and all the basic necessities that every child deserves."

Hayek continued: "I am also deeply grateful for your donation of 50,000 diapers you provided to the children of Acapulco who are living in the aftermath of Hurricane Otis—thank you from the bottom of my heart."

After giving a shoutout to Channing Tatum for presenting her with the award, she vowed to continue her philanthropic efforts, writing, "I promise I will continue to make it my lifetime commitment to help children across the world, ??"
