When you think of Kelly Clarkson, the word "powerhouse" probably comes to mind-and not just in reference to her unreal vocals. The OG American Idol and three-time Grammy award winner is currently a judge on The Voice and recently wrapped up her "Meaning of Life" tour.
Oh yeah, and the 36-year-old is set to host the 2019 Billboard Music Awards on May 1-for the second year in a row, nbd. (She even said she’s "turning it up a notch" this year, which sounds like she has a few show-stopping tricks up her sleeve.)
But besides being a powerhouse performer, there's a job Kelly takes just as seriously: She’s also a bada** mom.
In 2013, Kelly married the love of her life, talent manager Brandon Blackstock, and also became the stepmother to his two children Savannah and Seth. On The View, Kelly said his kids impacted her in a way that made her want to have kids of her own.
In 2014, Kelly and Blackstock welcomed their daughter River Rose. Then, two years later in 2016, their son Remington Alexander came along. The couple won’t be having any more children ("those tubes are gone!" Kelly candidly revealed), but thankfully, there’s no shortage of cuteness with these two.
