HUNTING VALLEY, Ohio (WJW) – A local home listing that appears to be the most expensive in the state has now caught the eye of the popular social media page Zillow Gone Wild.

In August, FOX 8 shared pictures of the 6-bedroom, 13-bathroom home that sits on 61 acres along the Chagrin River in Hunting Valley.

The asking price for the more than 20,000-square-foot house: $19,995,000.

The listing, provided by Jen Waters with The Young Team of KW Greater Metropolitan, calls the estate at located at 2875 Chagrin River Road “a masterpiece of design.”

Rachael Ray fans worried: ‘What happened to you?’

For those with finer taste, the home boasts Italian marble flooring, murals, a temperature-controlled wine room, a sauna, and a heated driveway. But, for those who can only dream of affording a home at this price, it may be some of the other features that are eye-catching — or even jaw-dropping. Such as a garage with space for 20 cars, an elevator, a plunge pool, a butler’s pantry complete with a third dishwasher, and, did we already mention the 13 bathrooms?

But for Zillow Gone Wild the home’s most standout feature is the lawn.

“What sold me on it are the mowing lines in the photos. I aspire to someday do that level of work,” wrote Zillow Gone Wild on their Facebook page.

Others agreed. One person wrote, “This is insanely beautiful. And I’ve never envied anyone’s grass … until now.”

Mega Millions jackpot never won at this level

Earlier this year, a house in Bay Village that had previously been the most expensive listing in Ohio returned to the market with a significant price drop.

The home located along Lake Erie was previously listed for $10 million. The home did not sell and was briefly taken off the market before being relisted for $7.5 million. It’s current listing has an asking price of $6.5 million.
