Fogo de Chao has hit the ground running since its Bridgewater Commons opening on June 24.

The Brazilian steakhouse chain held a ribbon cutting on July 11, featuring a monetary donation to the Food Bank of Somerset County.

Bridgewater mayor Matt Moench was at the event. He congratulated restaurant staff for their work to make the restaurant ? the third location in New Jersey and the first in Central Jersey ? a reality.
