See Inside John Legend And Chrissy Teigen's New West Hollywood Home
Earlier this week, we got a peek inside John Legend and Chrissy Teigen's stunning Beverly Hills home on the televised Global Citizen concert. Now, the star couple adds another amazing property to their real estate portfolio.
The Grammy-winning singer and his famous wife just bought a new home in West Hollywood for a record-breaking $5.1 million. The spec house, just finished this year, was built in the "organic modern" style by real estate developer Benjamin Illulian.
According to Illulian Realty's listing, the four bedroom, four bathroom home spans 3,500 square feet, plus 2,000 square feet of outdoor space. Perfect for sunny California weather, the property includes a pool and spa, plus "floating gardens" decorating the patio.
Inside the home, natural light reigns supreme, with plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the space. Light-colored woods maintain the home's airy feel and keep the space feeling fresh and modern. The famous couple will have plenty of space to unwind, including the luxurious master suite, a private office, massive closet and bathrooms, and a state of the art kitchen ready for Chrissy's baking skills.
As Variety noted, it's not entirely clear why the Legend/Teigen couple purchased this home, as they have a much larger property in nearby Beverly Hills. The pair bought that primary residence, which was once owned by Rihanna, for $14.1 million in 2016. Whether the duo is purchasing this house as an investment or a new workspace for either Legend or Teigen is yet to be seen.
The listing was held by Benjamin Illulian of Keller Williams; Marshall Peck of Douglas Elliman represented Teigen and Legend. Scroll through for more photos of the couple's new home.
