The Wall Street Journal reports that they spent $6 million to $7 million renovating it.
They're selling, they told the Journal , because they're ready to move into a house they own on the same block.
The couple purchased Penthouse magazine founder Bob Guccione's double-wide townhouse for $49 million in 2008 and embarked on a years-long renovation. Falcone said they "expanded the property to about 30,000 square feet and added a pool and a movie theater below ground level."
Their current home is 24 feet wide and six stories tall.
Its wood-paneled library, shown here, features a wood-burning fireplace. Overall, the house has about 13,300 square feet of interior space and an additional 2,200 square feet of outdoor space.
