See Jason Kelce Body-Slam a Flaming Table After NFL Retirement Announcement
Jason Kelce
In the wake of Jason Kelce announcing his NFL retirement after 13 years with the Philadelphia Eagles, the former center uniquely celebrated entering this new chapter—by body-slamming a flaming table, of course.
On Tuesday, March 5, the official Instagram account for Jason and brother Travis Kelce's podcast, New Heights, shared a sneak peek at the March 6 episode. "Jason's retirement is off to a hot start … literally. NEW EPISODE. TOMORROW," the caption read.
"All right, here we go!" a pumped-up Jason yelled while standing on a firetruck ladder at the beginning of the clip. "This is Jason Kelce. Welcome to New Heights!"
The elder Kelce brother (while wearing protective clothing) then jumped, full-force atop a folding table that was on fire. As it collapsed under his weight, he rolled off, and a fireman quickly helped extinguish the flames on his bottom. Both Jason and Travis cackled during the wild stunt.
