See Katherine Schwarzenegger's Stunning Engagement Ring From Chris Pratt
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are officially engaged! The couple, who were first linked in early 2018 after being introduced by Katherine's mother, Maria Shriver, confirmed their engagement news in an Instagram post.
"Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes," the actor shared on Instagram."I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go! ????♥?" See the image here:
The post also revealed the first photos of the stunning sparkler Chris gave Katherine. The ring that appears to feature a massive oval or cushion cut diamond on a simple band:
The engagement announcement isn't the first time Chris has given fans an inside glimpse at his relationship through social media. In December, Chris wished his then-girlfriend a happy birthday on Instagram, sharing multiple photos of Katherine along with an adorable caption that began with "Happy Birthday Chief!"
Even more photos of the duo appeared on Instagram in September 2018, when Chris's brother Cully Pratt shared pictures from a family trip to Napa Valley on the app.
The couple made their first public appearance together on Father's Day in 2018, and they quickly introduced each other to their tight-knit families. Katherine has also spent time with Chris's son Jack, the six year old he shares with ex-wife Anna Faris. Katherine and Chris were even spotted trick-or-treating with Jack on Halloween, along with Anna and her new boyfriend, Michael Barrett.
Chris, of course, was already a friend of Maria Shriver when he and Katherine started dating, but since then he's gotten to know the rest of the Schwarzenegger family, including Katherine's brother Patrick and dad Arnold. The newly-engaged couple even spent Thanksgiving together, with Chris joining Katherine's family to celebrate the holiday.
