See Princess Eugenie's Extravagant Wedding Gown from Every Possible Angle

As royal obsessed fans of the family, we have been lucky enough to have not just one royal wedding in 2018, but two. And months after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry said "I do" back in May, it was finally Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's turn on Friday, when they married in front of her famous royal family and basically the entire world.

Whenever a large-scale royal event like this happens, much attention is paid to the fashion choices du jour, particularly the bride's wedding dress. And let's just say this — Eugenie's outfit did not disappoint.

While many predictions of what the princess would wear scaled more "traditional" than "rule breaking," Eugenie ultimately chose a chic off-the-shoulder gown by Peter Pilotto that speaks to her sense of style. She paired it with the Emerald Tiara (note: no veil) and Charlotte Olympia shoes.

A week before she walked down the aisle, InStyle got a better idea of what Eugenie's dress picking mindset might be like, courtesy of celebrity fashion designer Katharine Polk.

"Princess Eugenie is known for pushing boundaries when it comes to fashion. However, all eyes will be on her on the big day, so I imagine she will be advised on what is considered 'appropriate,'" Polk explained. "A somewhat new trend for royal brides is to wear a second dress before the reception, which is what Meghan did earlier this year. This is where I foresee Eugenie having a little bit of fun. Since Princess Eugenie is only 28 and taking into account her always on-trend fashion taste, I think she might opt for a more risqué second dress, one that is likely to bare a little more flesh."

TBD on what her second dress will look like (if she goes for one at all), but regardless, it's clear that Princess Eugenie has made quite the fashion statement already.
