Selena Gomez Officially Returns to Instagram
The actress is sharing new photos like never before, and her fans couldn't be happier.
Selena Gomez has announced her return to Instagram in a big way.
It's two weeks into the new year, and she's already graced her followers with many recent posts and photos.
But she officially confirmed her "return" to the platform by posting a mirror pic with the caption, "Wait can you tell I’m back on Instagram ?"
It's safe to say that fans far and wide were ecstatic to learn of this, with Paris Hilton posting a heart eyes emoji and the official MTV Instagram commenting, "yes yes i can ????."
Hulu, the streaming platform that hosts Gomez's critically-acclaimed TV series Only Murders in the Building, also chimed in, writing, "& we've never been happier ??."
The accounts for Barbie, iHeartRadio, and Cosmopolitan also stopped by to share their excitement.

Gomez has fully embraced her return to social media, having already posted over 10 times since 2023 started, and we aren't complaining. Previous reports cited Gomez as the most-followed musician and actor on Instagram and the fifth most popular account overall, boasting over 368 million followers.
The 30-year-old has had an amazing start to the new year, and she shared many photos of her New Year's spent with close friends Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham in Mexico.
After returning home, Gomez documented her "sister date night" with 9-year-old Gracie, who she even took as her date to the Golden Globes.
Most recently, Gomez shared another photo from her tropical adventures with Peltz, with the two hugging on a boat with the sun and sea behind them.

Gomez proclaimed her love for her dear friend, writing, "My queen." Peltz responded in the comments, sharing the love as well: "You’re MY QUEEN I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!! I LOVE YOUU ????."
Before her big return to Instagram, the last personal post on Gomez's account, aside from updates on her beauty line, Rare Beauty, was a few pictures in November with global pop group BLACKPINK when she attended a show during their Born Pink tour.
Gomez posed with the four members for a photo, having previously collaborated with them on the single "Ice Cream."
