Selena Gomez Spent Her Memorial Day Weekend Dressing Like '90s Jennifer Aniston and Partying With Friends
Selena Gomez spent her Memorial Day weekend living her best life in California-and giving the public several glimpses of it. Gomez was seen out in blue sweats on Friday, then fully channeled '90s Jennifer Aniston with her lunch look on Sunday. On Monday, she wore a black dress to her friends' Memorial Day party and appeared in their Instagrams, all smiles.
The Friday excursion was more low-key. Gomez wore baby blue sweats while out, and paparazzi photographed her.
But it was Gomez's Sunday outfit that was the most fun. Gomez went to church and lunch with her friends, wearing a backwards baseball cap, pigtail braids, overalls, and small black sunglasses. Her friend Connar Franklin pointed out on her Instagram Story that Gomez wasn't just ironically dressed like her friend Jennifer Aniston on the set of Picture Perfect in 1996, she was deliberately dressed like Aniston.
"I said, 'Today's look....Jennifer Aniston,'" Franklin wrote on her Instagram Story, with a comp of the two outfits. "@SelenaGomez said, 'OKAY.'"
And yesterday, Gomez hung with a big group of friends at a Memorial Day pool party party. Her trainer Amy Rosoff Davis shared a group photo of the girls. Gomez was in a sleeveless black dress:

These are Gomez's first public sightings since she was in Cannes for the Cannes Film Festival. Gomez attended the premiere of The Dead Don't Die there and wore two gorgeous white Louis Vuitton looks. It was her first time ever at the festival. Her friend Theresa Mingus teased their departure from the French city, but since they left, Gomez had't been seen out until last Friday.
The Dead Don't Die comes out on June 14 though, and Gomez will likely do interviews and premieres during the upcoming weeks to promote the film, so there's much more Selena Gomez coming.
