“Made with our creamy vanilla soft serve, blended with Shamrock Shake syrup and topped with a delicious, whipped topping, the Shamrock Shake quickly captured the hearts (and tastebuds) of America when it was first introduced in 1970,” the press release notes. It was created by Connecticut McDonald’s owner Hal Rosen in 1967.
The OREO Shamrock McFlurry, dubbed as a twist on the delicious classic, first made its debut in 2020—and the blended drink with crushed OREO cookies has been delighting fans ever since.
If you want to get your hands on both items, you have to act fast as they will only be available for a limited time, while supplies last, at participating restaurants nationwide.
