'Shark Tank's Barbara Corcoran Gives Tour of Her $1 Million Mobile Home
We wouldn't expect anything less than fabulous for Barbara Corcoran's newest living space.
The Shark Tank star and real estate guru recently gave fans a look insider her stunning new Los Angeles mobile home—and the million dollar property is simplistic yet stunning.
The 74-year-old businesswoman teamed up with TikTok personality Caleb Simpson to give a grand tour of the space, which is located in Pacific Palisades, a neighborhood in Los Angeles. Simpson, 31, already got to look around Corcoran's $15 million New York City penthouse last year.
But in the new tour of her California crib, fans will notice that Corcoran has opted for something a little bit more simple, but absolutely perfect for her at the same time.
"Here's my Taj Mahal," she said while opening the door to her perfectly decorated new digs. "Everything's little."
The TV personality purchased the mobile home—or "double-wide" as she calls it—for $800,000, and she's since put in $150,000 for renovations.

"You're in a million dollar home," she told Simpson, before showing him around the place, which features two-and-a-half bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open floor plan with a kitchen and living room space, and even a lovely outdoor terrace.
"I think I like this more than the New York City home,” Simpson is heard saying in the clip, while Corcoran agrees, "So do I."
Some other notable features in the home include Corcoran's perfectly-sized retro fridge, which happened to be filled with nothing but wine—naturally. She also has a massive free-standing tub, which she said cost more alone than all of her other furniture.
But perhaps the most breathtaking part of the light and airy home is the view of the ocean from the terrace, where a beautiful shoreline can be seen not too far away.
“I like this the best because I have the best view,” Corcoran said, adding that she had to beg the former owner to let her buy the place, which wasn't for sale at the time.
"I said, 'What if you could use it whenever you want for your life? And she said, 'Yeah that would be good.' She sold it to me," Corcoran recalled—and now it's her perfect little seaside haven!
"barb does it again. her NY apt is stunning and this is so beautiful," one TikTok user commented under the clip.
"I love that she could EASILY afford a seaside mansion, but opts for a trailer with a view," another fan added, while someone else called her the "most down to earth lady."
