Sisters Give Their Dogs the Princess Treatment in Adorable Spa Day Video
One of the best parts of growing up in a "girl house" is playing dress up. Who doesn't love a makeover? In fact, two Great Danes were totally loving all the attention their human sisters gave them during a princes transformation recently. Luckily, their mama got the whole adorable thing on camera.
The dogs didn't even react as their sisters gussied them up one afternoon.
Anio and Mochi were positively chilling in the video shared by their owner online. Each sister took a dog and gave them a little pampering. One sister placed a bracelet on Mochi's paw. While the other placed a crown on Anio's head and pretended to straighten his ears with a hair straightener. She then gave Anio a quick kiss on the cheek as she combed his fur. How sweet!

People in the comments section were absolutely smitten. "The fact that they're just laying there, they love those girls," wrote one person. "My dogs wear crowns and headphones. My girls dress up mine like this too. So cute," someone else shared. "Forget the My Size Barbie, every little girl needs a Dane," a third commenter joked. "I did this to my dog when I was a kid too I called him princess Scooter," one person shared.
Great Danes and Kids
Great Danes are large dogs with large hearts too. They're often known as gentle giants. And that nature isn't just reserved for adults. They're excellent family pets and are the sweetest companions to kids.
Great Danes are moderately playful and affectionate, making them just the calming presence that every home needs. They also get along with other animals well too.
Some parents might worry that Great Danes are too big to be near children, but with proper socialization and training it should be no problem.
How Big Can Great Danes Get?
Great Danes are large dogs. Females can reach 30 inches high standing and typically weigh between 110 and 140 pounds. Males can grow up to be even bigger dogs. They typically reach up to 32 inches high and can weigh anywhere from 140 to 175 pounds.
Again, there's no reason to worry that a Great Dane's size will be a problem for your children. However, if you have young children or toddlers you might want to keep an eye on them in case your Great Dane accidentally knocks them over or gets the zoomies. But that shouldn't be too often, Great Danes are known as couch potatoes and are much happier lying on the couch with his humans than taking a lap around the house.
