This Sleek Cross-body Bag Looks Good With Basically Every Fall Outfit

Switching handbags is a pain. You have to move all of your necessary accoutrements into a new bag to match your outfit or that day's itinerary. Most times, I’m too lazy to switch everything at once, which leaves me rummaging through my miscellaneous bags for the concert tickets I had printed a few days prior. To avoid the panic, I learned my lesson and now aim to find one handbag that I love enough to wear all season.

This season, that bag is Tory Burch’s “James” small saddle bag in Moose, which can be worn cross-body or over-the-shoulder — it comes with both straps. The neutral caramel leather goes with anything; it's soft and lightweight; and the four pockets make me feel as organized as if I were carrying a filing cabinet out with me.

Aside from the functionality, the design is minimal, sleek, and stylish, so whether I’m going to a business meeting, happy hour, a date, or merely out for a Saturday stroll, this is the perfect bag to get me through fall. See it styled three ways below.
