Sneak Peek at Dairy Queen's Fall 2024 Blizzard Menu Has Fans All Thinking the Same Thing
Many of Dairy Queen’s fans were asking the same question after learning about what the fast food chain plans to do with its Blizzard menu this fall.
Menu details surfaced in a video preview shared on social media over the weekend by Snackolator. In his Instagram video on Sunday, July 21, the food blogger unveiled the seasonal Blizzard lineup: Reese's Pieces Cookie Dough, French Silk Pie, Caramel Java Chip, Oreo Fudge Brownie, Salted Caramel Truffle and Royal New York Cheesecake.
While five of the six anticipated menu items will be returning flavors, Snackolator noted that the Caramel Java Chip will be new to customers.
“This has caramel, it’s got coffee, and then it’s got these chocolate espresso crunch pieces, all blended in with vanilla soft serve,” he explained to his Instagram followers.
Though Snackolator mentioned in his post that he hoped customers would also soon see the return of the S’mores Blizzard, which he described as one of the fast food chain’s “most requested flavors,” many fans chimed in to wonder about another beloved flavor that was missing from the preview.
“Where is the Pumpkin Pie one?!? ??,” one fan wanted to know as another exclaimed, “Yeah no pumpkin!”
“Pumpkin ?? is where it’s at always at DQ ??,” another person agreed.
A few fans added inquiries about Dairy Queen’s Apple Pie Blizzard as they bemoaned the lack of mention about the pumpkin pie flavor.
“No pumpkin or apple?!?! WHAT?!” one Instagram user wrote while another commented, “ummmm where is pumpkin and apple.”
“Uh? No PUMPKIN? Or Carmel Apple ??” yet another fan echoed as one person demanded to know, “Where the f--- is pumpkin & apple….”
Despite some fans’ frustration, others seemed eager to test out the new Caramel Java Chip Blizzard and to reunite with the returning flavors. For now, an exact launch date for the full seasonal Blizzard menu has yet to be announced.
