In May of 2023 Constellation Brands, Inc acquired a minority stake of the company. With portfolio brands such as Corona, Robert Mondavi Winery, Casa Noble Tequila, The Prisoner Wine Co., and High West Whiskey - this move allows Constellation Brands to extend their products to be consumed in more occasions by consumers who are increasingly purchasing higher quality non-alcoholic beverages.
