Sofia Vergara Is, Like, Always Clinging Onto Husband Joe Manganiello

When you know, you know.

And in the case of Modern Family star Sofia Vergara and Magic Mike god actor Joe Manganiello, they knew in just six months. And since they were so sure, the couple got engaged and tied the knot a year after that in a lavish Palm Beach wedding ceremony attended by, oh, just 400 of their closest friends and family.

The couple’s been moving quickly ever since they met in May 2014, when Joe checked Sofia out at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and got caught eyeing her. But even though he was feeling Sofia, Joe didn’t shoot his shot right away since, ya know, she was engaged to someone else at the time. As soon as Sofia and her ex split, however, Joe got Sofia’s number and flew to New Orleans, where she was filming. He took her on their first date, during which Joe says he realized Sofia was The One "right away." (Aww.)

By November, the two were celebrating Thanksgiving with Sofia’s son, Manolo, and moving into a new house together. Then, a month later, in a hotel room in Hawaii, Joe got down on one knee and asked Sofia to marry him…in Spanish. (Even bigger awwwww.)
