Apparently We Should Be Drying Our Feet After Showering...with a Blow Dryer?

1 min read

If you’re prone to athlete’s foot or nail fungus, we’ve got a quick and easy tip for you—straight from the podiatrist’s office. All you need to do is grab your blow-dryer.

What you do:

After showering, give your feet a quick blast of air, focusing on the corners of your nails and the skin between your toes.

Why this works:

Typically, it can take up to 30 minutes for feet to air dry and even then, you probably aren’t airing out the areas between your toes properly before stuffing them into socks and shoes. Fungus thrives in moist environments, so by cutting down on excess moisture, there’s less of a chance it will grow.

Plus, we imagine this will feel quite nice on a blustery day.
