Sophia Bush is feeling run down after starting steroids.

The Chicago PD alum took to her Instagram Stories over the weekend in search of advice from friends and fans, sharing a bare-faced photo of herself, republished by People, snuggling in bed with a plush blanket as she revealed she'd been on steroids for over a week and was feeling like she'd been "run over." The 41-year-old shared that the meds had brought her "voice back" but didn't further elaborate on any symptoms or diagnoses.

"Is this normal?" she questioned. "Anyone have any experience with this/feedback about how to make the intense aches go away?"

But the actress seemed to be back on her feet—literally—the following day, posting another selfie on her Stories showing her standing in front of a mirror, throwing a peace sign up for the camera.

Over the summer, Bush was forced to leave the cast of the West End production of 2:22: A Ghost Story several months early after she struggled to recover from an unnamed virus.

The actress explained at the time that "several members of [the] company" had fallen ill, with everyone else recovering from the mystery illness except for her. "After weeks of being intermittently pulled off stage & visiting multiple doctors, specialists, & an all nighter in the ER, I’ve been advised by my medical team in London & America to stop performing in order to get this under control," she shared before heading home to see her "own doctors."

It's unclear if her current plight is related, but we're glad she seems to be feeling somewhat better!
