Sophie Turner Looks Like a Princess in a Pink Dress at the Emmys

She wasn't accompanied by husband Joe Jonas, who is currently on tour with the Jonas Brothers.

Sophie Turner is attending the Emmy Awards as a nominee for the first time. The Game of Thrones actress, best known for her portrayal of Queen in the North, Sansa Stark, nabbed a nomination in the Supporting Actress in a Drama category. She arrived to the ceremony in Los Angeles dressed like a winner in a pale pink sleeveless gown with silver heeled sandals and a metallic collar necklace.
Turner was ecstatic over her first-ever Emmys acting nomination, but there's a downside: She's competing against a number of her GoT co-stars. Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister), and Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) are also in the running, along with Fiona Shaw of Killing Eve and Julia Garner of Ozark.
Despite the odds, Turner gleefully reacted to the nod when the nominations were announced earlier this summer. "I'm beyond humbled," she wrote in her Instagram Story at the time. "I truly never thought that this would ever happen. This is the best farewell to the show that has been my life for the past 10 years."
Turner's husband, Joe Jonas, is missing in action because he and the Jonas Brothers have a show on their Happiness Begins tour tonight in Kansas City, MO. Although he can't attend the Emmys, he'll be supporting his spouse from afar.
