Sophie Turner Spotted Bonding With Taylor Swift Amid Joe Jonas Divorce
Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner, the latter of whom is currently going through a divorce from husband Joe Jonas, were spotted hanging out in New York City on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
The two enjoyed a girls' night out, with Swift and Turner reportedly eating dinner at Via Carota before venturing to Temple Bar on Lafayette Street for an after-dinner drink.
Swift wore a casually chic look, with what looks to be a dark red, long-sleeved t-shirt dress covered in a denim trench coat. She paired the outfit with brown, knee-high crocodile-textured boots and a dark green purse.

Meanwhile, Turner wore a silver glittery halter neck top that bared her abs, sleek gray slacks, and white sneakers. She also had a small black shoulder bag, while both women wore their blonde hair up.
Swift and Turner's night out comes as the divorce proceedings continue. Jonas filed for divorce from Turner on Tuesday, Sept. 5, with the couple later releasing a statement that read, "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage."
"There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children," the statement continued. Turner and Jonas, who share two daughters, got married in 2019.
Swift also dated Jonas in the past, with the two getting together for a short period in 2008. The fling got a lot of attention, and later, Swift referenced the breakup on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, claiming that the Jonas brother broke up with her with a 27-second phone call.
Since then, it appears that Swift and Jonas have moved on from this. Now, Swift is rumored to be exploring a new romance with Kansas City Chiefs football player Travis Kelce.
