New 'Starfield' Launch Date Announced in Latest Trailer
Gamers around the world are gearing up for a historic year in the video game industry as long-awaited and highly-anticipated titles from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to Hogwarts Legacy finally release. Adding to the madness, Bethesda Softworks' first new universe in over 25 years is on its way with the launch of Starfield.
Previously, it was supposed to release in November of last year, however, it faced a delay alongside Redfall and was originally expected to arrive during the first half of 2023. Not quite coming on time, the latest trailer for Starfield shares a September date to look forward to. Pictured in the brief footage shared is a glimpse at planetary landscapes alongside a depiction of the galaxy while game director Todd Howard steps in at the latter half of the video to share a roadmap of what's to come.
Get ready for an out of this world experience as Starfield is now scheduled to be landing on shelves on September 6. It's an Xbox exclusive with a PC version set to be available as well.
