While traveling the world for events and shoots, 28-year-old Victoria's Secret Angel Stella Maxwell has mastered her on-the-road beauty routine. The new collaboration between Karl Lagerfeld and Australian beauty brand ModelCo (for which she is the face of the campaign) perfectly fits her jetsetter lifestyle.

"I genuinely love using the products," she told ELLE.com at Karl Lagerfeld's SoHo store. The short list of her favorite products includes the highlighter, the mascara, and a beautiful glitter eyeliner, all of which are available at Nordstrom. The limited edition collection also includes everything from eyeshadow to makeup brushes and ModelCo's signature LED Lip Lights, all featuring cheeky Karl- and Choupette-shaped packaging. Ahead, see seven beauty and fitness secrets she shared with us at the launch.

Her travel beauty routine is all about staying healthy and hydrated.

I definitely [use] some face masks. When you're on the plane it's always a good idea to throw a face mask on. The Karl Lagerfeld lip balm is really good on the plane, too, because it's really moisturizing. It has shea butter in it and a life-saver for your lips when they get really dry. Sleep as much as possible, and drink as much water as possible. Maybe [take] some wellness pills-I always take wellness pills to try and like make sure I don't get sick.

She believes natural home beauty remedies are the best way to go.

You can use natural products like coconut oil that you buy at a health food store, or aloe vera leaves you can literally cut and use the moisture inside like a face mask.

She recently discovered jade rolling.

Some makeup artists have been those rollers that you can roll on your face and I've just discovered that. It's really good in the morning if you [have an] early shoot. It's cooling, and it really tightens up your face. I think it stimulates your collagen.

Yoga is her go-to workout.

Yoga's a really good workout for anyone, so I always encourage anyone to try it. The level of toughness can vary. But, you are very much in control of that. If you don't want to do Bikram, maybe a good idea is to do normal room-temperature yoga. Yoga Flow is kind of fun, because there's music. I find it just a very enjoyable hour of life, rather than like something that's hard like a work out.

But she also likes to change up her fitness routine.

I've also started kick boxing, which is really fun. That's totally different [from yoga]-it's really nice to have the balance of both. Then you have something kind of relaxed and more mental. Then kickboxing is way more physical. Once you start getting into the routine, it's very multidimensional; you use muscles in all directions in your body. You're working out so many things that you don't even realize.

She can squeeze in a workout anywhere.

You can always FaceTime your instructor if you are desperate. Or, I just go to the gym in the hotel and take an hour to myself to do my own little workout.

She and her fellow Victoria's Secret Angels love to share tips.

We all follow the same program. I have a trainer here [in New York] and in LA as well. It's a lot of creating lean muscle and strengthening. It's not about bulking up. We always ask each other advice like, 'What protein shake do you use?' Jasmine [Tookes] was just telling me about a really good protein shake. Romee [Strijd], as well, has shown me different protein shakes. It's good to add that into your diet as you eat as well, because it makes sure that you're getting enough protein for your muscles to grow.
