It's a particularly exciting week on Strictly, as the contestants head off to Blackpool, the ballroom capital of the world (probably). In this glittery mid-series extravaganza, the eight remaining couples will share the dancefloor of the famous Blackpool Tower with the four judges, Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Darcey Bussell.

What time is Strictly on TV this weekend?

The Saturday live show begins at 6.45pm on BBC One, but to find out who's getting the boot you'll have to tune back in for the Sunday results show, at 7.15pm on BBC One.

  • Alexandra Burke and Gorka Marquez will dance the Quickstep to The Gold Diggers' Song by 42nd Street

  • Davood Ghadami and Nadiya Bychkova will dance the Paso Doble to Live and Let Die by Wings

  • Debbie McGee and Giovanni Pernice will dance the Samba to a Greatest Hits medley by the Spice Girls

  • Gemma Atkinson and Alja? ?korjanec will dance the American Smooth to Downtown by Petula Clark

  • Joe McFadden and Katya Jones will dance the Salsa to Ride on Time by Blackbox

  • Jonnie Peacock and Oti Mabuse will dance the Tango to Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics

  • Mollie King and AJ Pritchard will dance the Charleston to Wings by Little Mix

  • Susan Calman and Kevin Clifton will do the Paso Doble to Scott and Fran's Paso Doble

Debbie McGee will be giving a very spicy performance

The Telegraph's Strictly columnist Debbie McGee has been enthusing about her Spice Girls dance number. "It’s a bit crazy," she said. "I’m dancing on a podium for a start! And because the Tower Ballroom has a large dancefloor we’ve got four extra dancers in our routine. So yes, I’m going to be a Spice Girl.
