From Cosmopolitan

If you love incorporating cuffs, rings, colorful thread, and other accessories into your braids – and also love a shoulder-grazing style – you need this beaded, braided bob in your life. To create this look, start by sectioning your hair and begin to cornrow toward the nape of your neck, adding in blonde (or another shade of) extensions as you go.

After the bottom section is braided, create another horizontal part above and repeat the process. Once finished, create a section two inches back from your hairline, braiding towards your face to create a bang. Continue to braid the pieces along the sides of your head to frame your face. Next, use a hair beader to loop clear beads onto the bottom of each braid, securing them with a rubber band, and then cutting off the excess hair (don't worry, you're only snipping off the extensions).
