The latest sunset will be June 26 or 27 at around 8:31 p.m., before slowly crawling back down to 8 p.m. by about Aug. 10.
During this time South Jersey will be seeing about 14 hours of daylight, with sunrises occurring in the 5:48 to 5:28 a.m. ballpark.
When is the summer solstice?
The summer solstice, which is the longest day of the year, is scheduled to happen at 4:50 p.m. on June 20.
This solstice will be about 5 hours and 43 minutes longer than the December winter solstice.
