This Super Model Just Listed TWO Hamptons Mansions for Sale—Peek Inside!

Another day, another celeb-owned Hamptons mansion up for grabs—but in this case, it’s a pair of them.

Supermodel Christie Brinkley recently listed her two homes—one in Sag Harbor, the other in Bridgehampton—and, if they sell anywhere close to asking price, she’s poised to make a super profit. Combined, the two homes—both stately 19th-century gems—are listed for just under $50 million.

Tower Hill, where Brinkley currently lives, was built in 1891 for local nobility but purchased by the model in 1998 for $3.2 million, according to Curbed. The Bridgehampton family estate, set on 20 acres and now asking $29.5 million, includes a four-bedroom main house, four-bedroom guest house, separate artist studio, and four-car heated garage for a total of 11,000 square feet of living space.

Inside, the beautifully restored interiors feature three fireplaces, a light-filled, double-height great room, and a spacious country kitchen that opens to the outdoors. In the summer, fairytale-like gardens bloom around meandering paths connecting the living spaces. Beyond the dreamy, lush green lawns and old-growth trees, views of the ocean can be spotted from the 50-foot observation tower.

If buyers prefer their ocean views front and center as opposed to birds-eye, Brinkley’s other Sag Harbor property is the perfect place. Asking $20 million, the 5,500-square-foot estate sits on 4.5 acres and comes with 327 feet of private beachfront.

Built in 1843, the three-story home maintains many of its period details, from the entrance’s grand columns to the pine floors and fireplaces within. Bay-facing windows throughout much of the main living areas look out onto serene vistas of the harbor, sailboats, and passing yachts.
