Swiftie Dad Goes Viral on TikTok for Heartwarming Reaction to Receiving Presale Code

One dad is going viral on TikTok for his adorable reaction to receiving a presale code for Taylor Swift tickets.
That's right, not even the tickets themselves—just access to shop!
User @laurentaylorcarrillo uploaded the video of her father opening his email at the beginning of the week to find he'd been selected as a Verified Fan by Ticketmaster, meaning he would receive a code to shop the Taylor Swift presale that occurred yesterday, Nov. 15.

After exclaiming, "Yes!" he shifted into a celebratory dance, seemingly mimicking an air guitar. "Woohoo!" he howled just before the video cut off.

Other Swifties were delighted by the man's response, swarming the comments with excitement on his behalf.
"im so happy for him omg," one wrote.
"Your dad is the energy I want to sit next to at the concert," said another.
"It’s giving cam from modern family 😂❤️," one comment joked.
"I’m so glad he got it instead of me honestly," another said, referring to the fact that she'd been waitlisted for a code.
"is your dad interested in adopting a 28yr old," one Swiftie wanted to know (and honestly, same).
Unfortunately, as Lauren later revealed in the comments, her dad was unable to secure tickets in the presale after the site crashed.
Commenters could commiserate, and one even wrote, "Nooooooooooooooooo!! My heart is broken," in response.
