Sydney Sweeney Brings the Heat to the Red Carpet in Sheer Dress
Sydney Sweeney's sheer, ruffled number absolutely lit up the red carpet as the actress stepped out in support of her newest film.
The Euphoria star sizzled at the New York City premiere of Reality at the Museum of Modern Art yesterday, May 16, where she wore a black sheer floor-length dress with several strips of strategically placed ruffles.
She wore a neutral glam makeup look and her blonde hair fell down to her armpits in loose, sea-salt-air waves, a pair of silver earrings and a ring on her pointer finger the only accessories for the night.
According to IMDB, Sweeney plays Reality Winner, a real-life American intelligence whistleblower responsible for leaking an intelligence report about Russia's interference in the U.S.'s 2016 elections.
The leading role follows a string of successes over the last year or so. In addition to Euphoria, the actress also starred in The White Lotus last year, earning Emmy nominations for both.
Then, in September, she scored her first TIME magazine cover, which accompanied a feature written by her costar Maude Apatow. For the cover, she wore an Old Hollywood-style gown and gloves, posing as if she was emerging from the velvet curtains of a stage.
Earlier this year, she launched a swimsuit line full of sultry pieces, inspired by the viral commercial success of the Frankies Bikinis swimsuit her Euphoria character wore on the show.
Reality is scheduled to premiere on HBO on Monday, May 29, and will be available to stream exclusively on HBO Max.
