It's not a good day for Taco Bell lovers.
The fast-food chain is reportedly getting rid of a handful of items that fans love, and so far, the news hasn't been received well.
The food expert Instagram account @markie_devo announced the grim news this week, sharing a list of menu items the taco restaurant is believed to be bidding goodbye later this month.
According to the Instagram post, the affected items are leaving the menu in order to make room for the new Cantina menu, which will feature new burrito, taco, bowl and quesadilla options, plus a new Avocado Verde Salsa to pair with them, per Food & Wine.
But for now, fans will have to get their goodbyes ready as they prepare to see off some of their faves. The menu items that are reported to be making an exit soon include:
Crispanada (individual item)
Deluxe Cravings Box featuring Crispanada à la carte
Cheesy Gordita Crunch Box
Bell Breakfast Box featuring Breakfast Crunchwrap (this meal box includes a breakfast Crunchwrap, hash browns, 2-pack Cinnabon delights and a medium drink)
Chicken Enchilada Burrito Combo
Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito
Power Bowl (including steak, chicken and veggie options)
Double Berry Freeze.
Fans have not reacted well to the news, as the comments on Instagram were filled with criticism from those still attached to the soon-to-be gone items.
"I'm gonna cry when the double Berry freeze is gone, I've been ordering that one every single time since it came out," one person wrote in the comments.
"Leave my enchilada burrito alone!" someone else lamented.
"Breakfast Box removed? Boooooo," another commented.
"Ugggh I seriously don't understand TB's move to limited release of favorite items," someone else penned. "...It should be consistent so we know what we can get when we want it."
Other fans were particularly miffed about the loss of the Power Bowls, which are some of the only low-carb options on the menu.
"The power bowl?? WTF Taco Bell," one person added, while someone else echoed, "The power bowls were so good. They were good if you were trying to be healthier & track macros. Sad they are leaving."
"Cool so the only low carb option they had available they're eliminating awesome well played," one sarcastic comment read.
"First the chipotle wrap, now the power bowl. Taco Bell is taking everything I love ??" another commenter wrote.
The beloved items are believed to be leaving menus by March 21, so fans can still indulge in their favorites for the last time before that day comes.
