Let’s get something straight: France does not like low-rise jeans. “I know that people are going to come for me, but I've never seen it look good on anyone—even a supermodel,” he said. You heard it here first, folks! The solution? Flattering high-rise jeans with a “slight taper at the bottom.”
France suggests ditching the overly baggy bottoms and always opting for a mid-wash, since it “goes with everything.” Better yet? He doesn’t “spend a lot of money” on jeans, convincing me to snag this $40 Old Navy pair.

According to France, you can’t go into fall without a gray sweater, since it’s a “versatile” and “beautiful transitional piece” that can be dressed up or down. France’s favorite pick derives from bestie Gigi Hadid’s brand, Guest in Residence, though J.Crew, Quince, and Vince Camuto have stellar picks as well.
Take the style guru’s advice and add a coat over top to make the look warm enough for winter, or consider styling it with knee-high boots like Priyanka Chopra, a flared skirt like Jennifer Garner, or over a dress like Kim Kardashian.

While France was tempted to call out sneakers for fall (because who doesn’t love a good tennis shoe?), he went with loafers instead—and I’m so here for it. Not only do they look effortlessly chic with trousers, but stars like Holmes and Taylor Swift call on the footwear nearly every season.

I’ve been a longtime fan of suede bags, so when France confirmed their prevalence for fall 2024, I about fell out of my seat. He “doesn’t care” whether you opt for a big or small version, “as long as it’s a brown suede bag,” claiming he’s a “sucker for this trend.”
