Tarek El Moussa Shares Heartwarming Post About How His Kids Always Come First
Between flipping homes, filming, and working on his real estate investment business, HGTV's Tarek El Moussa has a pretty packed schedule. However, the father of two always finds time for what's important: his children, Taylor and Brayden, whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Haack. On Monday, El Moussa posted a sweet photo with 1o-year-old Taylor to Instagram and opened up about how his children always come first.
In the adorable snap, El Moussa is seen cuddled up with a younger Taylor as she embraces a teddy bear. "'You always have time for the things you put first.' A quote that I live by," the Flip or Flop star wrote in the accompanying caption. While he goes on to admit that he's been "constantly on the move and constantly working" for as long as he can remember, El Moussa also reflected on what he told himself when he had kids: "...that they would come first, no matter what."
"I wanted to be that rock for them so badly and always wanted them to know they could count on me," El Moussa also wrote, noting that he had re-discovered this heartwarming photo while looking back at old memories. The post also included a second shot where Taylor is seen holding a rose, which El Moussa explained was from a father daughter dance they attended. "My little Tay," he gushed in the caption, adding a heart emoji. ??
Earlier in March, El Moussa shared another photo with Taylor where he went into more detail about how he makes sure that his kids come first."I try to plan out my days as much as possible but when you have kids, you can’t plan everything," he wrote in the Instagram caption, adding that he takes everything as it comes. That being said, the real estate pro further explained that if something comes up and he has to miss a meeting or change his schedule to make sure his kids are accomodated, he does it without hesitation.
Well, it looks like Tarek El Moussa is an ace at fulfilling his fatherhood duties as well as his work duties.
