Taylor Swift couldn't physically be by Travis Kelce's side at the latest Kansas City Chiefs football game, in which he made history with his latest career milestone, but she still showed her support from far away.
In the game between the Chiefs and the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, Nov. 26, Kelce became the fastest tight end to reach 11,000 career receiving yards. He is now the fourth to achieve this accomplishment in the NFL and the first in the Kansas City Chiefs franchise history.
Kelce's football team celebrated his milestone, posting on social media alongside a photo of him, "Fastest tight end to 11k receiving yards AND the only player in franchise history to do it ??."
In response to the big news, Swift—who just finished her Brazil Eras Tour dates—liked the post on Instagram, a subtle show of support that Swifties quickly spotted.
One fan commented, "TAYLOR SWIFT LIKED IT .. TAYLOR SWIFT IS COMING HOME.. ??????," noting that Swift is now on a break from touring until February and back in the U.S.
"Taylor, we see you ?? lurking ??," said another, as a third quoted one of the star's songs, writing, "Big reputation ??."
Many more fans couldn't help but call out Swift's like, with notes like, "Taylor is coming to claim her man ????," "Taylor liking this oh she’s so down bad ??," and "KARMA ?? IS ?? THE ?? GUY ?? ON ?? THE ?? CHIEFS."
Others simply cheered Kelce on, happy to see him succeed on the field after a few recent losses for the Chiefs against the Philadelphia Eagles and the Denver Broncos.
"We love 87!!! Chiefs kingdom is so proud!! ??????????," said one of Kelce's fans, while someone else chimed in, "Way to go, Kelce! Don’t lose that fire!!!! ????."
The Chiefs' next game is on Sunday, Dec. 3, when the team plays against the Green Bay Packers. As of writing, it is not confirmed if Swift will attend the game.
